Current and archived classes
This deletes the account’s saved progress across all courses and schools. It is not a request to remove just one class. Confirm the full scope with the authorized district representative before proceeding.
Separate follow-up is still needed
Keep the account ID with the district’s request until follow-up is complete. It lets you find orphaned records even after the sign-in account is gone.
Delete the reviewed application records
Deletion cannot be undone. Download any required account/progress export first. This tool preserves other students’ records and aggregate outcome totals.
Pause the site using the dashboard’s Emergency Brake, then wait six minutes for in-flight activity to finish. Return here and preview the records again. The tool will keep the site paused; resume it yourself after checking the result.
Large requests are processed in batches. An interrupted request may leave the account disabled and some records removed. Preview the remaining records before retrying.
